Chatham Park has always emphasized a walkable community, and they continue to deliver on that promise!
Sections of the MOSAIC Greenway, encircling the campus, can now be used by the community during daylight hours. The full one-mile walking and biking trail is still under development. The greenway offers easy access to Wade Barber Park at Northwood Landing, a family-friendly green spaces, right next to Northwood High School and MOSAIC.
The MOSAIC Greenway will eventually connect to Chatham Park’s walking and biking paths, which one day consist of 30+ miles of trails. They will also link to nearby Jordan Lake State Recreation Area and the Lower Haw River State Natural Area.
