The grand opening of Medley at Northwood Landing was celebrated Tuesday, August 6, with the Chatham Chamber of Commerce and many Pittsboro community members, with Chamber President & CEO Tyler Bryant hosting the event. Bryant shared that Medley was attracting a variety of apartment home owners, including young couples, families and retirees, and he thanked Medley’s developers for their investment in the Chamber and Chatham County.
Town of Pittsboro Commissioner Don Foley thanked Chatham Park developers, Kirk Bradley of Lee-Moore Capital, and Buddy, Carter and Susan Keller of Carolina Commercial Contractors for supporting Pittsboro’s intentional growth.
Ribbon cutting attendees received an up-close look at the 312-unit garden apartment community. Medley has spacious floor plans, an amenity-rich clubhouse, a conference room and a pool.
